Martin Bernhard has been responsible for communication in the real estate sector in Asset Management at Zürcher Kantonalbank since 2019. In this role, he coordinates all communication activities relating to Swisscanto real estate funds and the Swisscanto real estate investment foundation.

Martin Bernhard has many years of experience as Head of Research at the real estate consulting company JLL Schweiz and as Global Real Estate Analyst at Credit Suisse and holds a degree in macroeconomics from the University of Zurich.

He regularly provides information on current developments in the Swiss real estate market, property portfolios and the sustainability of Swisscanto real estate funds and the Swisscanto real estate investment foundation in a newsletter.
