Romandy is one of the most important growth regions in Switzerland and therefore forms a focus region for Zürcher Kantonalbank's Real Estate Asset Management. Around one third of the properties managed are located in the Lake Geneva region. With the development of Centre Ruello, a major construction project in western Switzerland has recently been successfully completed. The municipality of Rolle in the La Côte region of Vaud is situated roughly in the middle of the two western Swiss metropolises of Geneva and Lausanne. Thanks to this attractive location Rolle has, over the last few decades, evolved from a predominantly agricultural community to a popular residential community in the region.
Located in the immediate vicinity of the idyllic castle complex of Château de Rolle and Lake Geneva, Centre Ruello is easily accessible by public transport. A total of 59 residential units have been built in two buildings with two- to five-room apartments. All apartments feature high-quality and modern interior fittings and have already been handed over to happy new tenants.
I went to look at the apartment and after only five minutes I knew I wanted to live here!

The development also comprises various retail spaces on the ground floor and three underground parking levels. The shops on the ground floor cover the daily needs of tenants and the neighbourhood perfectly.
Sustainability was also a key concern in this project. The new development meets the highest energy efficiency standards. In addition, energy is supplied by geothermal energy and a large photovoltaic system on both roofs.
