Senior Portfolio Manager
Philipp Mettler has been working as Senior Analyst ESG Solutions since 2019 and as Senior Portfolio Manager ESG Integrated at Zürcher Kantonalbank since September 2021. In Asset Management, he is responsible for managing our two equity funds for the emerging markets:
From 2013 to 2018, he was a Senior Sustainable Investment Analyst for the Bank J. Safra Sarasin. His career also included positions as a Senior Equity Analyst at RobecoSAM, Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Equities at Swiss Life, Corporate Treasurer at Forbo International, and an equity analyst at UBS and Schweizerische Volksbank.
Philipp Mettler studied business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Zurich and graduated with a degree in business administration. He also successfully completed the Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA) training programmes. He also holds a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Corporate Finance from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU).
